MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Offerpad Solutions Inc. (OPAD)
Offerpad Solutions Inc. (OPAD) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, June 13, 2023. On that date, the current OPAD option class will change to OPAD1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OPAD1 options. Therefore, no options on OPAD will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
Offerpad Solutions Inc. (OPAD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OPAD will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 12, 2023.
