MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Wheels Up Experience Inc. (UP)
Wheels Up Experience Inc. (UP) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, June 8, 2023. On that date, the current UP option class will change to UP1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list UP1 options. Therefore, no options on UP will be available for trading on Thursday, June 8, 2023.
Wheels Up Experience Inc. (UP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, June 9, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in UP will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
