MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Westport Fuel Systems Inc. (WPRT)
Westport Fuel Systems Inc. (WPRT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, June 6, 2023. On that date, the current WPRT option class will change to WPRT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list WPRT1 options. Therefore, no options on WPRT will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
Westport Fuel Systems Inc. (WPRT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WPRT will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 5, 2023.
