MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Options Exchanges June 1, 2023 Fee Changes

Effective June 1, 2023, pending filing with the SEC, MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Options will amend transactional fees:

  • MIAX Options
    • Removal of the baseline based on 4Q 2015 activity under the Professional Rebate Program. All members will therefore use the baseline percentage of 0.065% to qualify for this program’s tiers
    • Removal of an additional Priority Customer rebate of $0.03 for Simple and Complex volume based on qualification in the Professional Rebate Program
  • MIAX Pearl Options
    • Removal of two “step-up” programs that provided separate, additional rebates for Maker volume in Tiers 1-4 for Non-Penny classes by MIAX Pearl Market Makers and Professionals (Non-Priority Customer, Firm, Broker Dealer, and Non-MIAX Pearl Market Makers)
