MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Verastem, Inc. (VSTM)
Verastem, Inc. (VSTM) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, June 1, 2023. On that date, the current VSTM option class will change to VSTM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list VSTM1 options. Therefore, no options on VSTM will be available for trading on Thursday, June 1, 2023.
Verastem, Inc. (VSTM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, June 2, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VSTM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
