MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: MDU Resources Group, Inc. (MDU)
MDU Resources Group, Inc. (MDU) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, June 1, 2023. On that date, the current MDU option class will change to MDU1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MDU1 options. Therefore, no options on MDU will be available for trading on Thursday, June 1, 2023.
MDU Resources Group, Inc. (MDU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, June 2, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MDU will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
