MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Oxford Square Capital Corporation (OXSQ)
Oxford Square Capital Corporation (OXSQ) has announced a rights distribution effective for Thursday, May 25, 2023. On that date, the current OXSQ option class will change to OXSQ1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OXSQ1 options. Therefore, no options in OXSQ will be available for trading on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
Oxford Square Capital Corporation (OXSQ) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, May 26, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OXSQ will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
