MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Lordstown Motors Corporation (RIDE)
Lordstown Motors Corporation (RIDE) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, May 24, 2023. On that date, the current RIDE option class will change to RIDE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RIDE1 options. Therefore, no options in RIDE will be available for trading on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
Lordstown Motors Corporation (RIDE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RIDE will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
