MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Bright Health Group, Inc. (BHG)
Bright Health Group, Inc. (BHG) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, May 22, 2023. On that date, the current BHG option class will change to BHG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BHG1 options. Therefore, no options in BHG will be available for trading on Monday, May 22, 2023.
Bright Health Group, Inc. (BHG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BHG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 19, 2023.
