MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Alpine 4 Holdings, Inc. (ALPP)
Alpine 4 Holdings, Inc. (ALPP) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, May 15, 2023. On that date, the current ALPP option class will change to ALPP1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ALPP1 options. Therefore, no options on ALPP will be available for trading on Friday, May 15, 2023.
Alpine 4 Holdings, Inc. (ALPP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ALPP will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 12, 2023.
