MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Mullen Automotive Inc. (MULN)
Mullen Automotive Inc. (MULN) has announced a 1-for-25 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, May 4, 2023. On that date, the current MULN option class will change to MULN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MULN1 options. Therefore, no options on MULN will be available for trading on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
Mullen Automotive Inc. (MULN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, May 5, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MULN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.
