GeneDx Holdings Corporation (WGS) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, May 4, 2023. On that date, the current WGS option class will change to WGS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list WGS1 options. Therefore, no options on WGS will be available for trading on Thursday, May 4, 2023. 

GeneDx Holdings Corporation (WGS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, May 5, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WGS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.
