MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Agenus Inc. (AGEN)
Agenus Inc. (AGEN) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, April 26, 2023. On that date, the current AGEN option class will change to AGEN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AGEN1 options. Therefore, no options on AGEN will be available for trading on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
Agenus Inc. (AGEN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, April 27, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AGEN will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
