MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ouster, Inc. (OUST)
Ouster, Inc. (OUST) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Friday, April 21, 2023. On that date, the current OUST option class will change to OUST2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OUST2 options. Therefore, no options on OUST will be available for trading on Friday, April 21, 2023.
Ouster, Inc. (OUST) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 24, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OUST will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
