MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (FRSX)
Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (FRSX) has announced a 1-for-6 reverse stock split effective for Friday, April 21, 2023. On that date, the current FRSX option class will change to FRSX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FRSX1 options. Therefore, no options on FRSX will be available for trading on Friday, April 21, 2023.
Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (FRSX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 24, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FRSX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
