MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: VirnetX Holding Corporation (VHC)
VirnetX Holding Corporation (VHC) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Tuesday, April 18, 2023. On that date, the current VHC option class will change to VHC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list VHC1 options. Therefore, no options on VHC will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
VirnetX Holding Corporation (VHC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VHC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 17, 2023.
