MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: MEI Pharma, Inc. (MEIP)
MEI Pharma, Inc. (MEIP) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, April 17, 2023. On that date, the current MEIP option class will change to MEIP1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MEIP1 options. Therefore, no options on MEIP will be available for trading on Monday, April 17, 2023.
MEI Pharma, Inc. (MEIP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MEIP will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 14, 2023.
