MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: VBI Vaccines Inc. (VBIV) and ContextLogic Inc. (WISH)
VBI Vaccines Inc. (VBIV) and ContextLogic Inc. (WISH) have announced reverse stock splits effective for Wednesday, April 12, 2023. On that date, the current VBIV option class will change to VBIV1 and current WISH option class will change to WISH1 The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list VBIV1 or WISH1 options. Therefore, no options on VBIV or WISH will be available for trading on Wednesday, April 12, 2023.
VBI Vaccines Inc. (VBIV) and ContextLogic Inc. (WISH) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VBIV and WISH will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
