U.S. Options

Crane Holdings Co. (CR) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, April 4, 2023. On that date, the current CR option class will change to CXT1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CXT1 options. Therefore, no options on CR or CXT will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. 

Crane Holdings Co. (CR) will also have a name and symbol change and resume trading as Crane NXT, Co. (CXT) on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 3, 2023.
