U.S. Options

Effective April 1, 2023, pending filing with the SEC, MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will amend the following fees:

• MIAX Options:
  • Extension of the monthly Market Maker Incentive Program (the “Incentive Program”) for SPIKES Options until Friday, June 30, 2023.  Please refer to Regulatory Circular 2023-13 for further details on the Incentive Program
• MIAX Emerald Options:
  • When Priority Customer Complex Orders remove liquidity by legging into the Simple Book, the Priority Customer will be charged a per contract fee of $0.20 in Penny classes and $0.40 in Non-Penny classes
• MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, and MIAX Emerald Options:
  • Open-Close reports for ad-hoc historical data requests will be available for purchase. The fee is $1,000 per month for the Intra-day Open-Close report and $500 per month for the End-of-Day Open-Close report for each exchange.  Academic discounts are available for qualified purchasers.
