MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cloopen Group Holding Limited (RAAS)
Cloopen Group Holding Limited (RAAS) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, March 15, 2023. On that date, the current RAAS option class will change to RASS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RASS1 options. Therefore, no options on RASS will be available for trading on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
Cloopen Group Holding Limited (RAAS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, March 16, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RAAS will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
