MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: ASLAN Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASLN)
ASLAN Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASLN) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, March 13, 2023. On that date, the current ASLN option class will change to ASLN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ASLN1 options. Therefore, no options on ASLN will be available for trading on Monday, March 13, 2023.
ASLAN Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASLN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ASLN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 10, 2023.
