MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Orchard Therapeutics plc (ORTX)
Orchard Therapeutics plc (ORTX) has announced reverse stock split effective for Friday, March 10, 2023. On that date, the current ORTX option class will change to ORTX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ORTX1 options. Therefore, no options on ORTX will be available for trading on Friday, March 10, 2023.
Orchard Therapeutics plc (ORTX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, March 13, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ORTX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 9, 2023.
