Shift Technologies, Inc. (SFT) has announced a reverse split effective for Wednesday, March 8, 2023. On that date, the current SFT option class will change to SFT2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SFT2 options. Therefore, no options on SFT will be available for trading on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. 

Shift Technologies, Inc. (SFT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, March 9, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SFT will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
