MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Castor Maritime Inc. (CTRM)
Castor Maritime Inc. (CTRM) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, March 8, 2023. On that date, the current CTRM option class will change to CTRM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CTRM1 options. Therefore, no options on CTRM will be available for trading on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
Castor Maritime Inc. (CTRM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, March 9, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CTRM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
