MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of Rubius Therapeutics, Inc. (RUBY)

Rubius Therapeutics, Inc. (RUBY) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RUBY will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 6, 2023.
