MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: iPath Series B S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures ETN (VXX)
iPath Series B S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures ETN (VXX) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, March 7, 2023. On that date, the current VXX option class will change to VXX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list VXX1 options. Therefore, no options on VXX will be available for trading on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
iPath Series B S&P 500 VIX Short-Term Futures ETN (VXX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VXX will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 6, 2023.
