MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte S.A.B. de C.V. (OMAB)
Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte S.A.B. de C.V. (OMAB) has announced an Extraordinary Cash Dividend effective for Thursday, March 2, 2023. On that date, the current OMAB option class will change to OMAB1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OMAB1 options. Therefore, no options on OMAB will be available for trading on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte S.A.B. de C.V. (OMAB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, March 3, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OMAB will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
