MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: KemPharm, Inc. (KMPH) Name and Symbol Change to Zevra Therapeutics, Inc. (ZVRA)

KemPharm, Inc. (KMPH) will have a name and symbol change to Zevra Therapeutics, Inc. (ZVRA) effective on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in KMPH will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. 

NOTE: ZVRA options will trade on Cloud 21 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Cloud 11 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
