MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Equity Commonwealth (EQC) and FLEX LNG Ltd. (FLNG)
Equity Commonwealth (EQC) and FLEX LNG Ltd. (FLNG) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. EQC and FLNG options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EQC and FLNG will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
