MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of Northern Star Investment Corp. II (NSTB) and TravelCenters of America Inc. (TA)

Northern Star Investment Corp. II (NSTB) and TravelCenters of America Inc. (TA) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NSTB and TA will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 17, 2023.
