MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Genius Brands International, Inc. (GNUS)
Genius Brands International, Inc. (GNUS) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Monday, February 13, 2023. On that date, the current GNUS option class will change to GNUS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list GNUS1 options. Therefore, no options on GNUS will be available for trading on Monday, February 13, 2023.
Genius Brands International, Inc. (GNUS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GNUS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 10, 2023.
