MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cazoo Group Ltd (CZOO)
Cazoo Group Ltd (CZOO) has announced a 1-for-20 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, February 9, 2023. On that date, the current CZOO option class will change to CZOO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CZOO1 options. Therefore, no options on CZOO will be available for trading on Thursday, February 9, 2023.
Cazoo Group Ltd (CZOO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, February 10, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CZOO will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
