Lannett Company, Inc. (LCI) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, February 7, 2023. On that date, the current LCI option class will change to LCI1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LCI1 options. Therefore, no options on LCI will be available for trading on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. 

Lannett Company, Inc. (LCI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LCI will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 6, 2023.
