MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Future FinTech Group Inc. (FTFT)
Future FinTech Group Inc. (FTFT) has announced a 1-for-5 reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, February 1, 2023. On that date, the current FTFT option class will change to FTFT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FTFT1 options. Therefore, no options on FTFT will be available for trading on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
Future FinTech Group Inc. (FTFT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, February 2, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FTFT will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
