MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of Option Classes Effective for January 30, 2023

Humanigen, Inc. (HGEN), LHC Group, Inc. (LHCG), Mereo BioPharma Group plc (MREO), and Regis Corporation (RGS) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Monday, January 30, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HGEN, LHCG, MREO and RGS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 27, 2023.
