MIAX Pearl Equities will make the following change to its billing process beginning with the January 2023 billing cycle:
 
Invoice Distribution Date Change:

• The Exchange Fee & Section 31 invoice distribution date will change to the 8th business day of each month.
• Based on the revised billing date, the January 2023 Exchange Fee & Section 31 Fee invoices will now be distributed on February 10, 2023.

The Collection Date for Exchange and Section 31 fees will continue to be the 9th business day of each month.
