MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Sientra, Inc. (SIEN)

Sientra, Inc. (SIEN) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Monday, January 23, 2023. On that date, the current SIEN option class will change to SIEN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SIEN1 options. Therefore, no options on SIEN will be available for trading on Monday, January 23, 2023. 

Sientra, Inc. (SIEN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SIEN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 20, 2023.
