MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of Option Classes Effective for January 17, 2023

Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (ASPS), Credit Acceptance Corporation (CACC), Lazydays Holdings, Inc. (LAZY) and Travelzoo (TZOO) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ASPS, CACC, LAZY and TZOO will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 13, 2023.
