MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of Epiphany Technology Acquisition Corporation (EPHY) and UserTesting, Inc. (USER)

Epiphany Technology Acquisition Corporation (EPHY) and UserTesting, Inc. (USER) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Friday, January 13, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EPHY and USER will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 12, 2023.
