MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - The Buckle, Inc. (BKE) and W.R. Berkley Corporation (WRB)
The Buckle, Inc. (BKE) and W.R. Berkley Corporation (WRB) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, January 12, 2023. BKE and WRB options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BKE and WRB will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.
