MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (SRNE)
Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (SRNE) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, January 5, 2023. On that date, the current SRNE option class will change to SRNE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SRNE1 options. Therefore, no options on SRNE will be available for trading on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (SRNE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, January 6, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SRNE will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
