MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Biora Therapeutics, Inc. (BIOR)
Biora Therapeutics, Inc. (BIOR) has announced a 1-for-25 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, January 3, 2023. On that date, the current BIOR option class will change to BIOR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BIOR1 options. Therefore, no options on BIOR will be available for trading on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
Biora Therapeutics, Inc. (BIOR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BIOR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 30, 2022.
