MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of USHG Acquisition Corp. (HUGS)

USHG Acquisition Corp. (HUGS) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HUGS will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
