Ballantyne Strong, Inc. (BTN) will have a name and symbol change to FG Group Holdings Inc. (FGH) effective on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BTN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 23, 2022.
NOTE: FGH options will trade on Cloud 6 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
