MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Remark Holdings, Inc. (MARK)
Remark Holdings, Inc. (MARK) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, December 22, 2022. On that date, the current MARK option class will change to MARK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MARK1 options. Therefore, no options on MARK will be available for trading on Thursday, December 22, 2022.
Remark Holdings, Inc. (MARK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 23, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MARK will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
