MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Camber Energy, Inc. (CEI)
Camber Energy, Inc. (CEI) has announced a 1-for-50 reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, December 21, 2022. On that date, the current CEI option class will change to CEI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CEI1 options. Therefore, no options on CEI will be available for trading on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
Camber Energy, Inc. (CEI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, December 22, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CEI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.
