MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Summit Materials, Inc. (SUM)
Summit Materials, Inc. (SUM) has announced a 1.7% Special Stock Dividend effective for Wednesday, December 14, 2022. On that date, the current SUM option class will change to SUM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SUM1 options. Therefore, no options on SUM will be available for trading on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
Summit Materials, Inc. (SUM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SUM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.
