MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Paysafe Limited (PSFE)
Paysafe Limited (PSFE) has announced a 1-for-12 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, December 13, 2022. On that date, the current PSFE option class will change to PSFE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list PSFE1 options. Therefore, no options on PSFE will be available for trading on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.
Paysafe Limited (PSFE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PSFE will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 12, 2022.
