MIAX Pearl Equities - January 1, 2023 Non-Transaction Fee Changes

Effective January 1, 2023, pending filing with the SEC, MIAX Pearl Equities will amend system connectivity fees as follows:

  • Monthly Primary Facility 1 Gig ULL per connection fee: $2,500
  • Monthly Primary Facility 10 Gig ULL per connection fee:  $8,000
  • Monthly FIX per port fees:
    • 1st – 5th fee waived
    • 6th or more $450
  • Monthly MEO (Binary) per port fees:
    • 1st – 5th fee waived
    • 6th or more $450
  • Introduction of a $200 monthly membership fee
